Shipping and Delivery

ARTICLE 1: ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after 8:00 AM (Pacific Standard Time) or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

Custom, out-of-stock, or made-to-order items may require up to 5-7 business days before shipment is dispatched.

Once processing has begun, orders cannot be modified or cancelled. No order can be cancelled once it has been shipped.

ARTICLE 2: DELIVERY TIME BY REGION

All orders are fulfilled directly from our operations center in Wuhan, China. Estimated delivery times:

United States (48 contiguous states): 10-20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays. If your package is delayed, please contact us at support@animeversesphere.com and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

ARTICLE 3: WAREHOUSES

animeversesphere.com® dispatches all its products from its operations center located in Wuhan, China. All products are shipped worldwide directly to your shipping address.

ARTICLE 4: DUTIES AND TAXES

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, but customs tax on international shipments can be applied depending on your country and are the customer's responsibility.

ARTICLE 5: LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@animeversesphere.com.

We will investigate with the carrier and offer one of the following resolutions:
- A replacement order shipped at no additional cost, or
- A full refund if the item cannot be reshipped.

We are committed to ensuring every customer receives their order or a satisfactory resolution.

ARTICLE 6: US SHIPPING NOTICE

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories (including Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands), PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
