Orders are fulfilled from our operations center in Wuhan, China.
Eligibility for Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
To initiate a return, you must first contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return (RMA Process)
1. Email us at support@animeversesphere.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will review your request and issue an RMA number within 2 business days.
3. Ship the item(s) to our return address with the RMA number clearly marked on the package.
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Defective or incorrect items: We will cover the return shipping cost. No restocking fee applies.
Change of mind or other reasons: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Actual shipping costs vary depending on package weight and destination. No restocking fee applies ($0).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please email us at support@animeversesphere.com to request an exchange.
Gift Orders
If your item was marked as a gift, a gift credit will be issued upon return. If not, the refund will be sent to the original buyer.
