"Please note: our products are fulfilled from our warehouse in China. Return shipping address will be provided upon approval of your return request."

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@animeversesphere.com or call +44 7591 870944 (International operations team). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not provide prepaid return labels. A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. If the item has been used beyond what is necessary to assess its condition, we reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting the diminished value.

The following items are exempt from returns: custom/personalized items and unsealed underwear or intimate apparel.

EU Customers: Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason. Return shipping costs remain the buyer's responsibility. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

While our corporate compliance, customer service, and strategic operations are managed out of the UK, our central manufacturing, apparel design, and product fulfillment hubs are located at our supply chain base in China to ensure strict garment quality and global shipping efficiency.

Therefore, please do NOT send your return packages back to our corporate registration address in the UK. All international returns must be processed directly by our central fulfillment and return warehouse at the following address:

Please note that return shipping to our central warehouse in China will incur international shipping costs, which remain the sole responsibility of the buyer.
